Our Aerated Tea is a more active, oxygen-rich, living tea brewed with continual aeration and a touch of molasses. This creates maximum microbial activity, making it superchaged with billions of beneficial organisms and ideal for immediate use (best within 48 hours of delivery).
Our Extract Tea is a more stable, passively steeped version with minimal aeration and no added sugars. It offers a longer shelf life (9+ days) while still delivering strong beneficial microbes, making it perfect for shipping, storage, and more flexible application timing. Recommended for all out-of-state orders.
